International Men’s Day (IMD) is celebrated annually on the 19th of November. It was commenced in 1992 by Thomas Oaster to commemorate the positive value men bring to the world. It is celebrated in various countries, yet Malta holds the record for the longest running celebration of IMD – being held consistently since 1994.
